I really liked this movie for several very specific reasons:

1. I am from the area where this main character lives, and it is seriously so on point. I could name you at least 45 dudes personally that live like this. It’s a niche SoCal bro specific very much so to the 805. Represent!

2. I like that the filmography is actually filmed in Oxnard, where the movie is based.

3. It doesn’t try to be something it isn’t. Classic dumb stoner movie. I’ve seen way worse made for way more so I’m not mad at it.Read More
