Enjoyable
I like a good coming of age movie . They remind you of those moments in your teenage years that mould your future . Good and bad moments . This is one such film
This is the story of teenage boy’s infatuation with a woman he sees on the bus which further complicates his already tumultuous adolescence.
It’s a film about three relationships. Howie and the mysterious Odessa. Howie and Lindsay , the girl he meets in the library at school and his parents on / off relationship which is affecting him and his brother who is brilliantly played by Sam McCarthy .
I really liked this film.
Sure , it has the feel of a TV movie but it’s charming enough and I thought the performances were great and very believable.
I was surprised to see Molly Ringwald who I haven’t seen since the 80’s and she hasn’t changed much at all.
All in all, this is a charmingly short movie that isn’t anything we haven’t seen before but I brought into it totally .Read More
