Plot Summary:

Not Impressed
A self-obsessed young man makes his way to the party-to-end-all-parties on the last day on Earth, but ends up saving the life of a little girl searching for her father. Their relationship ultimately leads him on the path to redemption.

This film really wanted to grab you from the opening shot, with a couple making love somewhat furiously. The full bodies, uncovered… this is as close to realistic sex on screen as you can get without going to full porn. (So, by the way, credit should be given to these actors who now have this preserved for eternity.) But overall the film just never hooked me. Not that it was bad, but it never really seemed good, either. Sarah Snook is in it, which I like (she was great in “Jessabelle”). But beyond that? I would much rather watch “The End is Here” or some other movie.Read More
